At the end of 2021 Rompetrol Energy had a headcount of 43 people, located in Navodari.

Our risk-based approach follows a clear set of standards aligned with national and international regulatory requirements. We have an integrated HSE management system in place.

- HOC – Hazard Observation Card – developed in Microsoft Forms
- BBS Work – Behavior Base Survey for workplace on KMG platform
- BBS Drive – Behavior Base Survey for driving on KMG platform
